Pan African University Students visits LASAA

On June 3rd 2010, the Agency played host to visiting
students of the Pan African University, Lagos . The visit was
informed by the need to establish a proper relationship with LASAA
considering the tremendous role LASAA plays within the outdoor
advertising industry, a medium believed to be grossing the highest
media spend in Nigeria.
Speaking on the occasion of the visit to LASAA, the leader of
the delegation, Dr Okolo who also doubles as the Director of
Executive Programmes for the school thanked LASAA for honouring
their request even when it came at a very short notice. The
students were treated to a special presentation by Mr. Temitope
Akande of the Public Relations Department. The students also used
the opportunity to ask questions about the Agencys activities. A
tour of the various department of the Agency was conducted to give
a good feel of how the Agency runs on a daily basis. At the end of
the tour, the students were treated to a sumptuous meal at the
Agencys cafeteria. The team thanked LASAA for the wonderful
experience.
